Programs

If you are looking for a way to maintain balance, flexibility and muscle tone or just want to "get back into shape", come join our new instructor , Kimberly Bankert, for yoga class. Not only will you utilize deep breathing and relaxation techniques to improve mental focus, you may discover an entirely new outlook on personal self-care! Modifications and progressions to poses will be offered so class intensity may be adjusted to personal needs. Please bring your own mat to class. Masks and all social distancing recommendations in effect at the time of the class will be observed.
